NOW is the time to sell!
Due to the massive shortage of properties in the West End, LDG
estate agents are achieving record prices.
From LDG experiences the West End rental market is holding up
strong as young city and professional buyers looking to buy are
now happy to take their time. Six to twelve months of renting
will no longer mean that they miss out due to rising house prices.
As we approach summer the lettings market will be on target for
it’s seasonal peak. We are confident in this, and have recently

What about property prices?
Some agents are talking about the property market going through
a “shoot out” stage. However, in London’s West
End it is a bit more of a Mexican standoff rather than a shootout.
Stock levels are still low and irresponsible agents are still
