Laurence Glynne– Senior Partner (FNAEA)
Senior partner Laurence founded LDG in Marylebone’s Queen Anne Street in 1987, with just a desk and a word processor. After a hotel management career he cut his property teeth in St John’s Wood, Mayfair and Knightsbridge before deciding to go it alone after he set up an agency in Edgware Road. Well known and respected in the industry, a passed active NAEA (Central London branch) committee member, his opinion is often sought by the press and media. He continually exploits his agency experience acquiring individual properties and developments making LDG the independent West End success story it is today.

Clare Moll - Partner (MNAEA)
Born in Northumberland Clare came to study in London at The Royal Academy of Music and went on to have a career for several years as an operatic soloist. She joined LDG shortly after its inception in 1987 and became a partner in 1995. She has a ‘hands on’ approach to all aspects of the business from acquiring specific buildings for clients, advising on new W1 property developments to the general day to day agency.

Ben Everest– Partner
A philosophy graduate with a passion for property, Ben has been working in the West End residential market since early 2001. Head hunted by LDG on the strength of his outstanding success as a senior negotiator with a renowned Covent Garden agency, Ben has been a partner of the company since 2007. When he is not throwing himself into the property market, he enjoys running and travelling.

Javier M Carrillo – Partner (MARLA)
Colombian born and with strong international banking experience Javier, in 2003, decided to diversify into the property market. Since joining LDG he has driven the lettings department forward creating one of the most successful businesses of its kind in the West End property market. Javier combines professionalism with genuine warmth and a desire to get results and was recently made an associate partner.

Daniel Castle – Head of Commercial & Investments
Daniel has always had a passion for property, so upon leaving school he went straight in at the deep end and learned his craft with a successful Central London commercial agency. After 13 years with the same company he decided to branch out and go into partnership with LDG Commercial. As a self-confessed 'deal junkie' Daniel enjoys a close working relationship with his clients and loves nothing more than steering transactions through from their embryonic stage to successful conclusion.
