Laurence Glynne - FNANEA, MARLA Senior partner Laurence founded LDG in Marylebone's Queen Anne Street in 1987, with just a desk and a word processor. After a hotel management career he cut his property teeth working in estate agencies in St John's Wood, Mayfair and Knightsbridge then finally decided to go it alone after he set up an estate and lettings agency in Edgware Road. Well known and respected in the industry, a passed active NAEA (Central London branch) committee member, his opinion is often sought by the press and media. Clare Moll - MNAEA, MARLA Born in Northumberland, Clare came to study in London at The Royal Academy of Music and went on to have a career for several years as an operatic soloist. Claire joined LDG shortly after its inception in 1987 and became a partner in 1995. Claire has extensive experience of buying and selling studios, lofts houses, flats and apartments in the Bloomsbury, Fitzrovia, Covent Garden, Marylebone and Soho areas of London's West End. Claire has a 'hands on' approach to all aspects of the business from acquiring specific buildings for clients, advising on new West End property developments and the general day to day running of this busy estate and lettings agency. Ben Everest A philosophy graduate with a passion for property, Ben has been working in the West End residential property market since early 2001. Head hunted by LDG on the strength of his outstanding success as a senior property sales negotiator with a renowned Covent Garden estate and lettings agency, Ben has been a partner of the company since 2007. Ben has extensive experience of the central London property market and be it the selling of individual properties, property acquisitions for investors, property developments or buy-to-let investment projects, Ben works timelessly to find the perfect London property! Javier M Carrillo - MARLA Colombian born and with extensive international banking experience Javier, in 2003, decided to diversify into the central London residential property market. Javier has extensive experience in the renting and letting of houses, flats, studios, apartments and lofts in the West End areas of London W1, WC1 and WC2.
