With a passion for property, Ben has been working in the West End residential market since early 2001. Having been a partner of the company since 2007 he enjoys working with and advising a wide range of clients.
Colombian born and with strong international banking experience Javier, in 2003, decided to diversify into the property market. Since joining LDG he has driven the lettings department forward creating one of the most successful businesses of its kind in the West End property market.

His wealth of experience in residential lettings originates from working for a large corporate agency and subsequently joining a bespoke smaller company before becoming our Residential Lettings Manager this year.

Now enjoying her fourth year in London, Leticia gained valuable experience in the hotel industry before joining our serviced apartments team. Raised in Spain within a multicultural environment with both French and Spanish parents, she helps run the department with scrupulous attention to detail.
From England to South America and back to England Lina’s ability to convey to the wide audience of clients in the service letting department is invaluable.
The infectious smile and calm manner in which Minette diligently approaches her work has added depth to our management team. This partly derives from her university course in Estate Agency at Greenwich and four and a half years working in the business in Canary Wharf.
Elisa gained experience in both sales and lettings in her native Italy before coming to London and choosing lettings and management with LDG. She has become an indispensable member of our team, bringing rays of sunshine, even on the gloomiest of days.
Daniel has always had a passion for property, so upon leaving school he went straight in at the deep end and learned his craft for 13 years with a successful Central London commercial agency.
Beginning his career in property in 2009, Cary joined the commercial department at LDG in 2013. Specialising in both the disposal and acquisition of central London property within the creative sectors, Cary prides himself on an enthusiastic and logical approach to assisting his clients from beginning to end. When not working, he enjoys travelling, running and going to the gym.
Harrison joined LDG in 2015, having started his career in commercial real estate in 2010. He is considered a specialist in the London office and retail agency industry offering professional and strategic consultancy to a range of Landlord and Occupier clients, with an emphasis on advising the Media, Tech and Creative industries.
Beatrice recently joined the company and has brought a creative talent having previously worked in the fashion and beauty sector. She contributes significantly to networking and social media and her effervescence and enthusiasm adds noticeably to our highly active successful team.
Susan has spent her time at LDG mastering the art of efficiently running its multifarious office. As the backbone of LDG's diverse services, the day-to-day happenings of the office pivot on Susie as she seamlessly organises the entire team's activities.
Fifteen years ago, our gadget geek arrived in London, to further develop his accountancy skills, studying finance at London Bridge. Since joining LDG, he has restructured and merged our letting and management accounts systems to great effect.
