Kentish Town Letting – creative workspaces have been leased for overflow space for MVF Global whose London Headquarters are based within the same development.
MVF is a technology led marketing agency developing smarter data-led approaches customer generation for their clients, catering businesses in over 120 countries, with a second office in Austin, Texas, so they can cater their state side clients on a more personal level. Their style of working means they have ambitious plans to open offices all over the world.
Imperial Works provides MVF with an additional 2,400 sq.ft. catering their existing expansion plans.
“Having worked on Block B and the Landlord, for a number of years, I have had the pleasure of working with some fantastic brands including footwear brand Oliver Sweeney, who continue to occupy workspaces within the building to this day. Providing MVF with the opportunity to grow, whilst continuing to stay within the development, allows the business to reduce potential logistical matters, which would have occurred had they leased further afield. In fact, by being located opposite, they have been able to install a ‘fibre pipe’ between the two buildings so both physical locations can work with complete data cohesion, without the need for additional fibre connectivity lines and costs.” – Harrison Eagles.
With rising central London offices rents creating a domino effect outwards to previously considered ‘fringe’ locations such as Camden, Kentish Town is fast becoming a key location for affordable workspace accommodation, especially with strong transport links including the Northern Line as well as the Overground Line from Kentish Town West, which connects the area with Highbury & Islington, and the Victoria Line, to West Hampstead with the Jubilee Line, going as far out as Richmond.
LDG would like to wish MVF the best of luck working at Block B, Imperial Works.
